The Life of a Soccer Mom

Or scratch that, since Andrew gave up soccer last week! Today was one of those crazy days where I can't believe that my children are already in the stage to be rushed around. After dropping Andrew off at school, Anna Catherine and I took Allie out on a walk. We barely missed a rain shower, but AC got wet anyways when the Water Dept came to test our fire hydrant. (Pictures coming) We watched a Barbie movie from the library, and before I knew it, it was time to load up in the car to grab Andrew. Here's what our afternoon looked like:
12:15 - get in the car for carpool
12:25-12:50 - wait in line for carpool
12:55 - get AC down to the gym of the school/church for ballet
1:15-2 - Andrew does his homework (and plays) while AC does ballet
2 - we run to Publix and the bank for some quick errands
2:15 - stop by the library to drop-off movies that are due
2:25 - go down to the park to feed the ducks
2:35 - run back to the car because it's started to downpour
3 - get home and put the kids down for a short nap
4-4:15 - struggle to wake the kids because we're due somewhere at 4:30
4:31 - arrive at Andrew's karate a minute late
5:20 - leave karate to play with the kids (Finally!)
7:15 - Keith gets home from ATL so we're finally at the dinner table

Thank goodness it's only Mondays that are this crazy!
