does not describe the kids or I. I know that my being pregnant has exasperated the situation, but this summer has been ridiculous. If the kids come in before 8am, I ask them to snuggle with me until I'm ready to wake-up. Normally that works like a charm, but today, Anna Catherine decided to do a fashion show in her own room. When I finally woke-up, she was dressed in a crazy outfit (crazy = mismatched), and was so excited to do more changes.
We've always been those parents who did a late bedtime (because Keith and I worked), but the kids have also needed more sleep than their peers. I'm dreading both kids starting school next week because all of our sleep will suffer! But I know that naptimes will be enjoyed by all. :)
